Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: £4.99 (2-5 business days)
- Express Shipping: £6.99 (1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders over £130
International Shipping: We ship to Europe, USA, and worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- USA: 10-21 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
NB. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Oeuf & Boeuf is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Oeuf & Boeuf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
